About Walker Photography

I am the photographer and co-owner of Walker Photography with my husband, Darin. We have two children, Ben and Aleece. Family is very important to all of us and one of the reasons I got into photography. I wanted to capture all of those special memories and keep them close forever.  Unable to freeze time, photographs seemed like the next best thing! I truly love taking pictures and am constantly striving to improve and learn more.

I also love meeting and getting to know people. From the time they are babies, all through school, graduating from high school, getting married, having families of their own, the circle of life continues. And I truly enjoy each and every phase.

On a personal level, I love spending time with family and friends.  I am active in my children’s schools, volunteering when I can.  I also volunteer at my local church where I play the piano, direct the choir and teach the high school Sunday school class. God and family have enriched my life more than anything ever could.

We started this business in July of 2001.  It has been a wonderful journey thus far and I look forward to serving and getting to know all of our customers better each and every year!
